Alumnus of St. Petersburg State Theatre Arts Academy, since 1995 – director and artistic director of “Priyut Komedianta” theatre.   

Since 2003 Viktor Minkov has been working as an Artistic Director of Neva-Art. At this moment it is an accredited institution in the sphere of organizing international cultural projects. Over 13 years of its existence the company has held more than 30 big events.

Since the moment of being managed upon his duties the company has become increasingly fast growing. Being led by Viktor Minkov, Neva-Art positions itself as a professional operator of big city events, international festivals, and significant cultural projects at the highest artistic level.
